• HR Business Partner activities across MENA including employee engagement initiatives as well supporting the global team. • Working closely & supporting the Global Head of HR across all HR & Adminstration matters. • On-boarding & visa supervision & processing for all New Joiners as well existing staff. • Coordinating & supervising the Induction Program for all New Joiners • Running & maintaining as current all HR systems & general data base management, attendance system & reporting. • Maintaining the employee life cycle work flows. • Monitoring the completion of probationary periods. • Supporting the Group Head of HR in running the performance review cycle & compensation reviews - fixed & variable. • Supporting the setting up & organization of staff trainings.
Maintaining appropriate HR policies & procedures.
Skills and Competencies: • Proactive, positive and flexible approach to teamwork.
Excellent computer skills, inclusing dashboard & reporting skills. • Excellent level of written and spoken English. Arabic a benefit. • Strong inter-personal skills • Accurate in work & a “self-starter” • Capable of MIS management.
Educational / Experience Requirements: • 5 - 7 years good Generalist Operational HR experience gained within the Financial Services Industry or within a dynamic environment. • Preferably C.I.P.D. Qualified. • Proficient in use of Excel & all other Microsoft Office packages. Good database management skills • UAE based professional with understanding of the UAE Labour Law & visa processes.•
Personal Specification: Already based in UAE. High degree of self-motivation, ambition & agility. Resilient and capable of working at speed in a rapidly growing & dynamic environment. Experienced in managing people and deliver results. Good at working in a small multi-functional team
