As a CFO, you will assist the overall financial well-being of the organisation and manage the resources including all written agreements, new ventures, clients and suppliers. You will drive the business forward by transforming and leading the vision of the organisation to grow within the current and new business. In addition, you will develop and implement accounting policies and procedures and execute overall business strategy.
The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). You should have a minimum of 10 years experience of working in a major company or division of a large corporation. It is essential that you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and have experience in partnering with an executive team.
You should have relevant experience in project management as well as financial planning and analysis alongside having a working background to oversee human resources, information technology and legal departments. In addition you should be an experienced Group Finance Manager / CFO, ideally from the aviation or hospitality sector.
